No. Although Immigration Vector is based in Toronto, many immigration applications can be handled remotely. We work with clients in Canada and abroad using online communication, document sharing, and virtual consultations.
The appropriate service depends on your immigration history, current status, qualifications, family circumstances, employment, education, and long-term goals. During an initial assessment, we review your situation and explain which immigration options or services may be relevant.
Fees depend on the type and complexity of the application and the level of professional assistance required. After reviewing your situation, we explain the scope of work and professional fees before you decide whether to proceed. Government application fees, medical examinations, language tests, translations, Educational Credential Assessments, police certificates, and other third-party costs are generally separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Yes. A consultation allows us to review your circumstances, answer immigration-related questions, identify potential options, and discuss possible next steps. Where appropriate, we can also explain which Immigration Vector service or package may best match your needs.
This depends on the service or package selected. If consultation fees are credited toward a future retainer for a particular service, this will be explained before you retain us.
No. No immigration professional can guarantee approval because final decisions are made by IRCC, provincial immigration authorities, or other responsible government bodies. Our role is to assess your circumstances carefully, identify potential issues, prepare the application accurately, organize supporting evidence, and present your case as clearly and consistently as possible.
We review the information and supporting documents provided by the client, check for inconsistencies, identify missing information, and assess whether additional explanations or evidence may be needed. Our approach focuses on preparing an application around the actual facts of the case rather than relying on generic templates.
Yes. We regularly review cases involving previous refusals, immigration status issues, inconsistent records, complex employment or education histories, family circumstances, and other situations that may require additional explanation or documentation. We begin by reviewing the history of the case, identifying potential concerns, and determining whether additional evidence, clarification, or a different immigration strategy may be appropriate. The recommended approach depends on the specific facts of the case and the available evidence.
Communication usually takes place by email or other agreed methods. We provide updates when important developments occur and contact clients when additional documents, information, or decisions are received. The communication process may vary depending on the service and package selected.
Yes. Client information and documents are handled confidentially and are used for the purpose of providing the agreed immigration services, subject to applicable professional, legal, and regulatory obligations.
We review the request, explain what IRCC is asking for, and help prepare the required documents or response within the applicable deadline.
Changes such as marriage, divorce, a new child, change of employer, new passport, change of address, loss of status, or other significant developments may affect an immigration application. Clients must inform Immigration Vector promptly about important changes so we can assess whether IRCC or another immigration authority must be updated and whether additional action is required.
