PERMANENT RESIDENCE

Express Entry system manages applications for three economic immigration programs:

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program
  • Canadian Experience Class

Provinces and territories can also recruit candidates from the Express Entry pool through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) to meet local labour market needs.

FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

Sponsor your loved ones so they can obtain a Permanent Resident status (Spouse / Common-Law, Dependent Child, Parent / Grandparent, Other Relatives).

Your relatives can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. You can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada if you are at least 18 years old and a:

  • Canadian citizen or
  • person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act or
  • permanent resident of Canada

STUDY PERMITS

We help you to obtain a study permit from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) if you want to study in Canada.

Most foreign nationals need a study permit to study in Canada.

If you have a study permit and you’re registered as a full-time student at a DLI, you may be able to work on-campus or off-campus. If so, your study permit will include a condition that says you’re allowed to work while studying.

WORK PERMITS

We help you to obtain a work permit from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Most foreign nationals need a work permit to work in Canada.

There are 2 types of work permits:

  • Employer-specific work permit

An employer-specific work permit lets you work in Canada according to the conditions on your work permit

  • Open work permit

An open work permit lets you work for any employer in Canada

VISITOR VISAS

Applications for visitor visas and extensions of temporary visitor status (Visitor Visa, Super Visa, eTA).

You must meet some basic requirements to get a visitor visa.

You may also need a medical exam and letter of invitation from someone who lives in Canada.

Some people are not admissible to Canada, which means they are not allowed to enter the country. You can be inadmissible for security, health or financial reasons.

CITIZENSHIP

In most cases to be eligible to become a Canadian citizen, you must:

  • be a permanent resident
  • have lived in Canada for 3 out of the last 5 years
  • have filed your taxes, if you need to
  • pass a test on your rights, responsibilities and knowledge of Canada
  • prove your language skills

Experienced immigration professional will assess your eligibility and help to obtain Canadian Citizenship

BUSINESS IMMIGRATION

Canada welcomes successful business people who are seeking new opportunities and challenges.

The Business Immigration Program is designed to encourage and facilitate the admission of these individuals. Both the federal and provincial/territorial governments welcome business immigrants and offer services to help immigrants start a business and settle in Canada.

We will analyze your case and find the best option for your specific needs.

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS (PNPs)

Each province and territory has its own “streams” (immigration programs that target certain groups) and requirements.

Provincial Nominee Program is for workers who:

  • have the skills, education and work experience to contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory
  • want to live in that province, and
  • want to become permanent residents of Canada

Let us analyze you case and find the most appropriate program.

IMMIGRATION REFUSALS

Experienced immigration professional will analyze the details of your submitted application, reasons of your application rejection, and consider all available options and prepare a strong application for you.

Reasons for refusals maybe different including inadmissibility grounds:

  • security
  • human or international rights violations
  • criminality
  • organized crime
  • health
  • financial reasons
  • misrepresentation
  • non-compliance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
  • inadmissible family member

Humanitarian and Compassionate

Humanitarian and Compassionate Considerations (H&C) is an exceptional measure – it is not simply another means of applying for permanent resident status in Canada.

In order to be considered for an exemption from the usual requirements, you must:

  • clearly indicate in your application the specific exemption(s) you are requesting.
  • provide all details related to your request including the reasons why you believe an exemption(s) should be granted on H&C grounds.
  • demonstrate that there are sufficient and compelling reasons for you to be granted an exemption allowing you to apply for permanent residence from within Canada.

Student Success Strategy

We advise students on study permit extensions, temporary resident visas, co-op and post-graduation work permit applications.
