Canada.
Most foreign nationals need a study permit to study in Canada.
If you have a study permit and you’re registered as a
full-time student at a DLI, you may be able to work on-campus
or off-campus. If so, your study permit will include a
condition that says you’re allowed to work while studying.
WORK PERMITS
We help you to obtain a work permit from Immigration, Refugees
and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Most foreign nationals need a work permit to work in Canada.
There are 2 types of work permits:
-
Employer-specific work permit
An employer-specific work permit lets you work in Canada
according to the conditions on your work permit
An open work permit lets you work for any employer in Canada
VISITOR VISAS
Applications for visitor visas and extensions of temporary
visitor status (Visitor Visa, Super Visa, eTA).
You must meet some basic requirements to get a visitor visa.
You may also need a medical exam and letter of invitation from
someone who lives in Canada.
Some people are not admissible to Canada, which means they are
not allowed to enter the country. You can be inadmissible for
security, health or financial reasons.

In most cases to be eligible to become a Canadian citizen, you
must:

Canada welcomes successful business people who are seeking new
opportunities and challenges.
The Business Immigration Program is designed to encourage and
facilitate the admission of these individuals. Both the
federal and provincial/territorial governments welcome
business immigrants and offer services to help immigrants
start a business and settle in Canada.
We will analyze your case and find the best option for your
specific needs.
PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS (PNPs)
Each province and territory has its own “streams” (immigration
programs that target certain groups) and requirements.
Provincial Nominee Program is for workers who:
-
have the skills, education and work experience to contribute
to the economy of a specific province or territory
-
want to live in that province, and
-
want to become permanent residents of Canada
Let us analyze you case and find the most appropriate program.
